Dare To Wear has some nice colors!! I'm not a big fan of perm. repromotes though... If I could I'd buy them all!!! I bought Sky Blue, Crazy Cool, and Shop-o-Holic. I do want to get Going Bananas... I'm going to stay away from the lipglasses because I'm not a huge fan of glitter in lip colors anymore.
What colors are you interested in???

Work has made me MIA :(
Sorry I've be MIA for a while. Work has proven to keep me from my make-up. I haven't had much time to play with any. it does frustrate me to work with a bunch of guys who cannot appreciate my love for color. At least my boyfriend doesn't mind! I'll be on vacation August 2nd through August 12th so I won't be able to blog in the middle of no where!!

Meow Cosmetics Rocks!
Meow Cosmetics' Wild Child Collection is probably one of the most sparkly ones I have ever seen! They are absolutely amazing, and I am just in love with them. Hopefully I can get some swatches up for you.

NOTD Hidden Treasure + Grass Slippper
Today I felt a little more adventurous . . . wait that's everyday!! Anyways today I decided on using Sally Hansen's Complete Salon Manicure in Grass Slipper which to me is what I'd consider to be a lime green with Sally Hansen's Complete Salon Manicure in Hidden Treasure on top. Hidden Treasure is a clear based nail polish with this amazing . .uhm well I wouldn't call it glitter as they are more like little flakes, that change between redish/orange/green depending on the angle you look at it from. It's really quote opalescent.
I'll post pictures once I figure out where I put the charger for my camera!!

My To Do List + Collection Thoughs on MAC's In The Groove
I hope to get some shopping done in the next week because I believe it is time for some foundation. Along with foundation I need my bronzer!! I hope to come across a nice neutral plus i can use with either a smokey eye or when I decide to go with more BOLD eyeshadows. Any suggestions?
I'll probably stop in MAC to see what they have left from In The Groove. I'd pick up their mineral blushes, but I honestly prefer to stick with purely mineral based one like from Bare Escentuals, Meow Cosmetics, Aromaleigh. . get the picture? lol. The reason I do this is because I have super sensitive skin, and it's been good since I've been using these products. If I were to get any of the mineral blushes it would be Hang Loose, and Happy Together. I'm wondering if MAC's A Little Bit of Sunshine is anything color wise like Bare Escentuals A Little Sun (that;s the bronzer I use). So as far as MAC goes I really only do eyeshadows when one comes out I just can't resist (like sweet & punchy). I want to pick up Cool, Calm, Collected because it reminds me of the Photorealism quad I was CRAZY about. Along with Cool, Calm, Collected I'm interested in Togetherness, and Blue My Mind. I think lipstick wise for this collection is Jazzed. Go for it spikes mt interest for my bf commented on wanting to see my in a purple lipstick. We will see about that though.
That's all for now!

Sexy Pants make for a Sexy Time
Today I chose to wear some more of my Meow Cosmetics shadows samples I purchased a bit ago. I used Sexy Time on the middle of my lid with Sexy Pants on the outer third. I also used Heavenly Natural's "Believe" on the inner third and down on the tear duct. This is ssooo pretty! I really love these colors. They are so pigmented, and beautiful!
Sexy Pants - "sonic teal with silver, cherry and sapphire sparkle"
Sexy Time - "lucsious sinful brilliant lime with teal sparkle"

OMG WFT?
Today I wanted to play with some of my Meow Cosmetics shadows. I decided to choose OMG and WTF.
O M G: papaya with wild cherry undertone and pink sparkles. yum
W T F: raspberry with hues of grape glistening with pink and aqua sparkle...wow, that's funky!
I placed OMG on the inner third of my lid with WTF on the outer 2/3rds over Fyrinnae's Pixie Epoxy. I also respectively placed them on my lower lash line according to where I placed them on my lid. I added some black liner on my lower water line, and black mascara to complete the look!
you should definitely try out some of Meow Cosmetics shadows! They are amazing! I also really like their blushes. Today I have on Soka which was a part of their Caribbean collection.

A Eyeshadow Everyone Should Own
There is this particular eyeshadow that has to be one of my favorites, and I think everyone should own it . . . or at least has a sample of it!! (so you can see how amazing it is!)
This wonderful color that sits so high on my list of favorites is Heavenly Naturals "Believe". It is a gorgeous shade of green the is almost luminescent. It's perfect to use as a highlight on the tear duct area, or the inner corner. I love using it foiled over MUFE #91 (Matte Green Apple). It honestly looks like the shadow is GLOWING!! I absolutely LOVE it.
In my humblest of opinions everyone should AT LEAST try this color on for size. The swatch I have of it of HERE. The picture really does not do it justice. It is honestly much more glowy in person. You can buy a full size jar of "Believe" HERE from HeavenlyNaturalBeauty.com or get some eyeshadow samples HERE.

Zoya. . . I'm not a fan . .
So the colors I got through the nail polish exchange arrived a few weeks ago. The look lovely in the bottles, but they definitely do not apply well at all. I don't know if it's just the shipment I got, but all nine bottles, except SOHO PUNCH, has a streaky application. Plus all my brushes came messed up so the nail polish ends up on my skin most of the time. I unfortunately wasted $30 something on these, and will not resell them due to their low quality. I am thoroughly disappointed in Zoya with their claims of top notch nail polish. Also they have a number system on how opaque their polishes are. I don't find it accurate at all. I had to apply three coats to get a semi opaque look, and even with that I could still see the white of my nails clearly. All the polishes I bought were rated a "4" which should, after 3 coats, be opaque enough not to see my nails underneath
I know there are people out there that LOVE these. I'm just not into them at ALL. I'm quite happy with my SINFULL nail polishes at 1.88 a pop. They apply well, and last me all week. ^_^

Aromaleigh Adieu . .. .
I am very sad that Aromaleigh will be closing. I really enjoy the colors I received. They are all wonderfully pigmented!! I was looking forward to the reformulated ROCKS! shadows.
I am a little put off by Mrs. K's newest collection, "Lost In Faerie", only being sold on a separate site (Dormant Dream) than Aomaleigh's website. So unfortunately I will not be getting any of them. This disappoints me greatly seeing as though I was looking forward to getting some samples.
If there have been some items you've been wanting to get you better do it fast! With code ADIEU35 you can get 35% off your total purchase. I'll most likely be picking up some samples since I never go through en entire one normally. (I think it's because I have a TON of samples)
It seems my choices in quality mineral makeup is dwindling. . So who's next??
For those of you who love Aromaleigh try Meow Cosmetics, Fyrinnae or check out Phyrra's blog! She's has a nice list of companies she uses (and ones she avoids!)
