Disapointed at Sephora.com

I've placed orders before around monday and received them by saturday... My shipment is still being filled... I normally have my fridays and saturdays filled with requests for makeup or photos.. I'm not going to be able to fulfill my job. My order was placed sunday nigt and processed monday morning.. I'm never paying for three day shipping again or order from them online if this is the end result.

You should call them and bring it to their attention. Sometimes, expeditied shipping will be overlooked by the people actually getting the order into the system. I would for sure call because 3 day shipping is not cheap and they should at least refund the difference in 3 day shipping and ground shipping. that is total crap if you ask me! Cuz, I know for a FACT that you are prob one of their BEST customers! LOL!

ugh it's still not shipped . . tell me how it's still in their warehouse for 1 week??????
